Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons (including Christmas), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

We currently ship across Canada. Shipping rates vary by location and order size, with free shipping available on orders over $35.

Estimated delivery times:
• Ontario: 2–5 business days  
• Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days  

Shipping options:
Customers may choose between tracked and untracked shipping at checkout. Please note that untracked shipping does not include tracking or delivery confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracked shipping is selected, tracking details will be included.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, especially for untracked shipments. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
